Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship due to increased volume of or orders. We are continually updating our operational processes to increase production and shorten order fulfillment times. Your orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from Atlanta, Georgia.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items but will do everything that we can to locate or replace your item(s).

DAMAGES

We take great pride in ensuring that your items are packaged safely. We wrap your items in bubble wrap and package your items with packing peanuts. While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing the claim to USPS. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to essentialaromascandleco@gmail.com with your order number.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they dropped off with the shipping carrier, we will do everything that we can to rectify your issue. Please contact the shipping carrier if it has been 24-48 hours since you received delivery confirmation. if you believe that your item(s) has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
