Shipping Policy

PROCESSING

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Your orders will be sent via USPS from Atlanta, Georgia unless specified otherwise. 

DAMAGES

We take great pride in ensuring that your items are packaged safely. Your fragile items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and your package will contain packing peanuts. While we are not responsible for the carrier's handling of packages, we will work with you to remedy the situation and replace your damaged items. Please email photographic proof of damage to essentialaromascandleco@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours hours of receiving your item(s).

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are dropped off with the shipping carrier, we will do everything that we can to rectify your issue. Please contact the shipping carrier if it has been 24-48 hours since you received delivery confirmation. If you believe that your item(s) has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
