REFUNDS

At Essential Aromas we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their product(s). We take extra care to closely exam our products for defects before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, at this time we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, we will replace your products if they are damaged during shipping. Photographic proof is required and should be submitted to essentialaromascandleco@gmail.com. Please note that all sales are final.
